Produced from a 70 / 30 blend of pinot auxerrois / pinot blanc this has a delicate bouquet which exhales white flowers, honey, melon and citrus aromas. The mouth is lively, dry, pleasant and perfectly balanced with a well integrated acidity and a touch of minerality.This might be an obvious pairing, but.... shellfish & fish dishes would be sublime.
