Another wonderful wine from Larry Cherubino. Sourced from various locations in the Great Southern, the fruit underwent fermentation using a blend of wild fermentation and selected yeasts, alongside 1-3 year old French oak, for a duration of 6 months before being bottled.Aromas of graphite, minerals, and luscious black cherries are evident on the nose, complemented by a subtle hint of spicy oak lending a supportive element. The palate, softly textured and lively, reveals fresh flavors of black cherry alongside earthy undertones of beetroot. The wine culminates with a gentle, silky finish.
