Matured exclusively in the finest bourbon barrels, this unpeated 12 year old single malt has been finished for 8 months in Palo Cortado sherry casks - a rare choice of wood almost as special and hard to find as mermaids.The result is a sweet and nutty character, fittingly interwoven with subtle maritime nuances, bracing Atlantic sea breeze notes on the nose and a signature Glen Scotia saltiness on the palate.
