This wine possesses aromas of lemon rind and passionfruit with guava, red currant and lime blossom. The palate displays exotic fruit flavours of melon, lychee, and passionfruit with a pithy texture and a clean lemon sherbet finish. As with all of our Sauvignon Blanc wines, this would pair perfectly with a fresh fish dish with lemon and herbs, local clams, or shrimp meals. Good quality Chevre goat cheese is another of our favourite matches for Sauvignon Blanc.
