Hailing from the Loire Valley in France this is made by Sauvion and is a rich complex off dry Vouvray with a soft rounded palate. It is a lovely example of the Chenin Blanc grape producing delicious honeyed apple and pear fruit notes that are well balanced and the finish is long and refreshing.
