“Drinkfinder has an impressive range of product and the service element of what they do is good - rapid delivery, good communications. Regrettable however I will not be ordering again because of the unacceptable amount of single-use plastic packaging. I bought a range of beers, something like 24 in total, each and every one of the 500ml bottles came encased in a really substantial air-filled protective sleeve. Sure, there were no breakages which was good, but the amount of plastic waste is not a price worth paying. I have been ordering beer for home delivery for some time now and no other company use packaging of this type (and there have been no breakages at all). I won't order again until and unless recyclable packaging is used.”

Hi Andy The poly pouches you have received are made from 50% recycled and are recyclable (council dependant – also most Tesco’s these days have a thin plastics collection for films and such like these pouches). We have a new pouch alternative arriving soon for a trial which is 95% decomposable from the second it is buried with a year turnaround! - the other 5% is nylon which is only in the mix to give strength. We recycle what we can when we can, some of these pouches we use have had stock sent into us by distilleries. Reduce, reuse and recycle are forever at the front of our minds.
