A cracking bottle of organic red wine from Spain. A complex bouquet of aromas that are packed with ripe plums and rich fruit like fig. On the palate it is generous, rich and spicy with a concentration of red and black fruit with supple tannins and a fresh acidic finish.From a producers who has over 100 years of wine heritage this wine is made from organically grown vines cultivated on dry hillside slopes in Jumilla. The grapes are handpicked, and after maceration with the skins for around two weeks at a controlled temperature, the wine is deposited in stainless steel tanks.Food Pairing:A a great match with grilled meats, vegetables and goats cheese.
