“Traditionally, sailors said the rum they were given always tasted better after it had matured onboard in the barrels at sea and when I saw this, I wanted to try it to see! This is something special, with only 280 bottles made, aged in oak barrels for 19 years and 75 days at sea it is definitely worth buying if you are a 'Rum Rat'. For me it's a very deep treacle flavour with after tastes of ginger and honey.”
