“Traditionally, sailors said the rum they were given always tasted better after it had matured onboard in the barrels at sea and when I saw this, I wanted to try it to see! It is an 'Agricole' rum made from sugar cane, aged for 2 years in oak with 151 days at sea. With more of a caramel flavour this have after notes of pineapple and raisons. For a lighter rum than its big brother, this will also be more 'available' with 540 bottles made.”
