A perfect bottle to accompany tomato sauces spicy salami or mature hard cheeses. This intense purple in colour brings aromas of cherries and blackberries. To taste this is a round and rich with noteable notes of ripe berry fruit and black cherries with some spcicy character from the 12months spent in the wooden casks.
