The Glenallachie 18 Year Old is a Speyside malt that was carefully bought to life by master distiller Billy Walker. With over 40 years in the industry, he really knows how to make a tasty dram. Fresh vanilla, toffee, butterscotch and spices on the nose followed by raisins, icing and heather and honey on the palate. “Dark chocolate, orange, raisins, spicy ginger finish with full bodied mouth feel. An absolutely cracking whisky. Always after memorable malts and this one comes into that category. Glenallachie 18 is a hard to find dram and drinkfinder had bottles for at least a month and still do at the point of writing this. Obviously drinkfinder gets a healthy allocation and well deserved in my opinion!”
