Old Curiosity Lavender and Echinacea is another colour changing gin distilled using botanicals from the Secret Herb Garden near Edinburgh. The ingredients are all hand grown and picked before being transformed into fantastic gins by Hamish Martin and Steve Ross.Its packed with restorative herbs and flowers, lavender being foremost among them. The addition of the Echinacea flower is a welcome one as it was regularly used by Native Americans in potions and poultices. It is thought that it helps to cure the common cold so thats a great excuse to drink up if youre feeling a bit under the weather!
