The second release under the Jamica Cove label, this pineapple rum is a real treat that provides a good base for pina colada cocktails. With pineapple fast becoming a popular flavour in the bar scene, theres no reason why you shouldnt be enjoying this delicious rum at home. A blend of Jamaican pot still and column still rums are blended together and laced with pineapple before being aged for three years. The result is a mouth watering rum that deserves experimenting with to make the most of its rich, tropical flavours.

“Bought this rum on the back of several recommendations and it didn’t disappoint. Looked around several online retailers whom were all sold out, but thankfully came across Constantine Stores Ltd on drink finder who have a MASSIVE selection and all reasonably priced. The bottle came well packaged and was super quick delivery. This site will be my first port of call when looking for that niche tipple”

“I was going to buy the plantation pineapple rum but tried it in the drink finder store in cornwall and it was too subtle of a flavour for me- this was recommended and is lovely, has a lovely dark rum flavour pared with the rich pineapple, and is great in a pineapple mojito.”
