Inspired by a honeymoon in Sicily by Frederick Neill and his new wife who fell in love with the zesty flavours of blood oranges. He first distilled a vodka using this wonderful fruit which has led to the creation of this Blood Orange Gin. It is bright and zesty on the nose with distinct orange aromas followed by a whiff of juniper. The palate has a sweet entry of blood oranges, smooth and intoxicating followed by more traditional gin botanicals. PERFECT SERVES Blood Orange Gin & Tonic: Add 50ml of Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin to a large balloon glass filled with ice. Top with Lamb & Watt Tonic Water and garnish with an orange wheel. Blood Orange Americano Ingredients: 35ml Whitley Neill Blood Orange, 25ml Sweet Vermouth, 85ml Soda Water Build ingredients over cubed ice in a highball and serve with an orange wheel alongside a long straw
