Fonseca Siroco is made from a blend of extra dry white Ports and is delicious as an aperitif served chilled or with tonic water in equal parts. Fonseca have been producing their high quiality wines since 1815.A great alternative to Fino sherry.

“We were introduced to white port while on holiday in the Duoro Valley, Portugal and instantly fell in love with it. It has a much better flavour and is more well-rounded than a dry sherry. Keep in the fridge and drink cold as an aperitif. It is a fantastic start to any meal. Or, do as the Portuguese do, have it with cheese and membrillo (quince paste) as a lovely afternoon snack in the garden on a summer's day...”
