I have yet to buy this from Constantine Stores (though I intend to from now on); however I have tasted it in Chile, both in Santiago and Valparaiso. (I have worked in Chile, also one part of my family is from Valparaiso.) Generally I would mix it into the locally ubiquitous Pisco Sour, which I rate as one of the most enjoyable aperitifs on the planet. This Waqar Pisco mixes well but is also enjoyable straight. It is less sugary than an up-market Italian Grappa and more fruity than even the best of the Balkan region's Rakijas. I've tasted various Chilean and Peruvian Piscos; this is probably among the crisper and more floral tasting ones that I've experienced. A delight. By all means feel free to contact me if you would like our recipe for a Pisco Sour, though there's plenty of guidance on the web!
