“The pass primi organico is rich and smooth if drunk by self there is a hint of syrup to it, but with food a right proper smooth yum yum wine. I bought the non organico version of pass primi and rate the organico version streets ahead. The non organico was sharper and did not have the welcoming feel to the taste buds as much as the organico”

“I had this wine at a meal, really liked it, bought some for home, and the strong richness was still there, I'd say a little more syrupy on an empty stomach, but the smoothness was still there with a nice agreeable after taste”
