This new Gin from Boe is created in small batches and has been infused with violets. This creates a unique delicate, floral taste with a beautiful colour and aroma. Drink with tonic or in a cockatil.

“I took Boe Violet gin to a friends 50th 'Gin & Nibbles' evening, and out of the 20 or so gins on offer, this certainly was 'the' most popular. Aside from the stunning colour and beautifully decorated bottle, Boe certainly delivers on taste. The aroma is definitely that of the childhood favourite sweets Parma Violets. Delicately light and fresh, light citrus and then the violet stays with you. I had this with Fever Tree Tonic and Blackberry garnish, no need to confuse the flavour! Although I didn't try it with Prosecco, this seemed to be a hit too!”
