Voluptuous and juicy, the white flesh is loaded with a delicate but intense flavour - the true taste of the Italian summer. These peaches were the favourite of Virgilio Pallini Sr, and his wife used to preserve them in alcohol so he could eat them all year long. She used what was left as a base for a luscious liqueur, adding fresh peach juice as a finishing touch and then mixing it with Italys famous sparkling wine. Pallini Peachcello was inspired by Virgilios love of Italys finest white peaches which, picked at their peak, create a world-class liqueur with an exquisite bouquet.
