To the palate this is mild yet complex blend of maple, banana, allspice, clove, vanilla and pepper. “I started off on Spiced Rums the usual supermarket brands when I decided to experiment with rums. See Bayou Spiced won Best Spiced Rum in the World I had to try it. It was nice although through my experimentation of rums it wouldn’t be to my taste, but it is very reasonably priced and a former world champion so it may be worth a try.”
