“With only 3000 bottles made, this rum does command a high price tag but in my opinion is worth it. Chocolate, raisin, banana, dates, plum and demerara all come through to me in this sweet smelling rum. Made as a sipping rum, I get a strong oak flavour along with the above fruits and coffee..........the rum makes your tongue and gums tingle afterwards. I found one piece of ice was best to slightly water down and cool the rum.”
