Hand-picked grapes grown on the Southern slopes of Mount Valinas produce a wine with aromas of green apples and pears with subtle floral notes. The palate is fresh with green fruits floral character and mineral edge finishing with a slight salty tangy mingling with more exotic fruits. Try with grilled mackerel or cold smoked salmon.
