Distilled slowly in traditional copper pot stills to extract the best flavour and quality of spirit. The botanicals are steeped overnight in the warmed spirit, but 3 of the botanicals are use the vapour method to preserve the delicate flavours and aromas.The nose is big and bold with juniper, coriander and citrus notes. Classic style but complex with citrus and juniper as the dominant flavours, then the secondary flavours of pepper, green angelica and earthy notes.
