“If you like gin and grapefruit this is definitely worth a try! William Chase makes some spectacular gins but has broke the mould with this one, the grapefruit flavour is very strong and I wouldn't add grapefruit to garnish as it will overpower the drink. Fever Tree Indian, Fever Tree Light and Walter Gregor tonic go well with this spectacular drink!”
