The Old Tom Gin from Two Birds is very popular in their range. A traditional style gin the predates London Dry and was very popular in the 18th & 19th Century. The gin gets its name from the unusual Tom cat-shaped plaque that hung outside gin houses during Gin Craze. They have refined the original 18th Century recipe a touch, while still retaining the slightly sweeter flavour and style that an Old Tom Gin should be. Also available in 20cl bottles.Our Perfect Pour:Fever Tree Indian Tonic and garnish with grapefruit zest. All enjoy in a Martini, mix with vermouth and add an olive or two to taste.
