This new gin from France Le Gin de Christian Drouin has been made in the families Calvados distillery which has been in the family for three generations. It is made from the distillations of ciders in three small Normandy copper pot stills, and by the distillation of Juniper and seven other botanicals. Each one is distilled separately before finally being blended together to produce a batch of just 2850 bottles.
