A new limited edition Midleton Pot still whiskey which has been triple distilled which has been matured in American Bourbon barrels and then finished in virgin Irish oak barrels from Grinsells wood, Ballaghtobin Estate, In County Kilkenny. Bottled at cask strenghth 57.9% vol the labels even gives you the batch number, tree number and bottle number.The result is spicy rich whisky which has been enhanced by the Irish oak barrels with vanilla, milk chocolate and stewed fruits.
