Deadhead is presented in a shrunken head bottle. The rum has been aged for 6 years in oak casks to produce golden rum with aromas of coffee, chocolate and rounded with spices. The palate is smooth with spice and caramel notes finish with more spice on the finish. Striking a lovely balance between dry and sweet flavours.

“Bottle looks a little tacky (plastic skin mock shrunken head) the contents however were of a much better quality than the packaging. The rum itself has quite a harsh after taste of heat and smoke typical oak cask type taste, not unpleasant but definitely harsher than a flavoured rum variety. I think the novelty bottle detracts from the rum and perhaps the contents could be sold more reasonably in a planer bottle. However, there are plenty of alternatives much more reasonably priced any of the cane sugar type rum from Dominican region would taste similar in my opinion. If you're feeling indulgent buy a bottle if you're on a budget buy a Jamaican or Dominican equivalent.”
