A Very small batch bourbon, unfiltered, and uncut, named after Booker Noe, Jim Beams grandson and former Master Distiller. Each batch has a different style to the previous and is totally unique. Deep dark henna in colour with a nose of vanilla, and caramel and slightly smoky. The palate is rich with more vanilla, nuts and oak. Batch number will vary depending on availability.
