An excellent Malt whisky from crfat distillers St George in California. This Batch 14 has been aged in a combination of French oak, Port, Sherry and Bourbon ranging in age from 5 to 15 years old. Voted Craft Whiskey of the Year by the whisky Advocate December 2014. The nose has floral notes followed by cereal and crushed nuts. The palate is creamy with vanilla, chocolate and latte coffee, then dried fruits with a touch of oakiness. The finish is more herbal with cocoa.
