“I was bitterly disappointed in my order of the naked grouse whiskey as it shows in the picture and on my order confirmation the original grouse on the bottle but when I opened my delivery it was a different bottle I called and spoke to a lady called Sam she explained that although the bottle had been changed the whiskey was still the same, unfortunately this can't be confirmed until you open the bottle and have a sip by which time I will be unable to return the item, as I said bitterly disappointed as I thought I would expect what was advertised on your website, a little bit of misdiscription wouldn't you say!!! Hasten to add I will not be purchasing again from Drinkfinder.”

Hi Julie, We're sorry that you have been led to leave a poor review on this order. As mentioned by Sam, this product has changed its presentation and dropped the name Grouse. The products contents and even the barcode remain the same - they have simply just tried repositioning the product in the market. While on the phone with Sam, you were offered a free returns service for a full refund if you were not happy. This offer still stands. We hope you either decide to keep the product as the contents is the same despite the change in appearance, or take us up on the free return service for a full refund. Regards Drink Finder
