In 2007 Dave Perkins decided to build the worlds first ski-in distillery at his saloon in Park City, Utah. Whilst waiting for his own spirit to mature he has blended two exotic straight rye whiskies; a rich aromatic 16yo (80% rye, 10% corn & 10% malted barley) rye with the bold spicy properties of 6yo (95% rye & 5% malted barley) to create a full flavoured, very complex whiskey.Not chill filtered in order to retain the whiskeys finest flavour and texture, we can only hope that Daves own distillates end up as remarkable as this one!
