Chairmans Reserve Spiced rum is the latest addition to the St.Lucia distillery range of rums. Based on the same high quality blended of aged pot and colum still rums used in the making of Chairmans Reserve Rum, it is infused with several authentic Caribbena spices including cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, vanilla, coconut, allspice, lemon and orange as well as richeria grandis, a bark known locally as bois bande.. “A golden spiced rum full of flavour cinnamon being but one of many. At 40% it can be enjoyed just over ice or with your mixer of choice (mine being american dry ginger). This has to be one of my favourite tipples.”

“Inexpensive when on offer, middle of the road rum sits just above the alternatives Lambs / Captain Morgan’s, good alrounder. Suitable with mixer of your choice, subtle oak after taste not as harsh as the two previously mentioned.”
