Sourced and made by the irrepressible Ant Moore Select small parcels from the southern Waihopai Valley ridge, were harvested at different times and levels of ripeness, and vinified separately. In the WineryThe vinification techniques provided a range of flavour profiles from which to blend. With cool ferments to retain freshness, and some tropical components aged on lees for texture and palate weight.
