Caol ila pronounced cull eela meaning sound of Islay. The 18 year old Caol Ila is a Fantastic dram. Full bodied and more intense than the younger versions. It has spice, peat, sea air notes, peppery flavours and complex well mrounded finish. Highly recommended.
