Intense, perfumed and quite dry. A great balance between spices and herbs. With a lovely gingery finish. In our opinion one of the best spiced rums.There is an immediate fragrance of star anise , vanilla, cloves and cinnamon, with some orange following along. On the palate fresh anise comes through prominently, developing into a complex array of sweet caribbean spices with great balance between the spices and herbs; finishes with a slight ginger kick.
