The XO is a small blend of carefully selected mature rums. A beautifully round and complex liquid. Distilled with traditional methods in a column and double retort pot still. Aged in American whiskey, bourbon and Cognac casks.The nose is a perfect balance of vanilla, oak and dry spice. The palate is salted caramel, baked fig and cloves with dark chocolate.
