Alloys arrived, and unbelievably the drilling operation is done AFTER the coating op leaving hugely visible areas of completely bare metal which remain visible when fitted due to the internal drive style wheel nuts. Not only does it look terrible, but will allow water ingress to get under the remaining coating and no doubt cause them to bubble shortly.
My main issue is that there was no mention of this on the listing, and of course no picture... I would never have made the purchase if I’d have known.
So here I am having spent ~£500 on some brand new wheels, and having to touch them in with a brush and some Hammerite...
In no other industry would this be deemed acceptable, regardless of price point.
Messaged support and just got an unsatisfactory fobbing off in response. The idea of any of those guys being happy to run these on their own cars as supplied is laughable. And of course as they’re a custom order, no returns.
Avoid.”
