“Just as well I know how to put dog crates up, otherwise what's the point in putting the instructions inside the closed up crate??? Unfortunately, I wasn't very impressed with the quality of this crate. Some bars were out of alignment, so I had to put them right. Once up, the crate moves, a lot. It's not sturdy. I tried my small 8 week Dalmatian x Collie in there for a matter of seconds with door shut (after doing the usual getting him used to it with open door, treats and blankets inside, etc). He almost broke out of the bars with his puppy teeth! I did not feel confident that this crate would restrain him at all. Yes I could do more training with him but I'd lost confidence in the sturdiness and overall quality of the crate by then. The size was ideal to start him off in but little details weren't good, eg the final big crate clip really sticks out on this one. It won't tuck in, it wont tuck under the crate, so you need to cover it up with a blanket or something. It's not well packaged /protected - parts were protruding from various parts of the box upon arrival. Quality control not great with some of the bars out of alignment etc. Overall disappointed. If I hadn't been so busy with my pup and other 2 dogs, I would have sent it back with the 14 day cut off. Such a waste of almost £40 inc p&p. I just hope I can sell it on”
“Initially I ordered the 36" crate with a divider, but when it was delivered, I realised that I can't get it through my bedroom door without folding it down [you must realise that I have very small bedroom doors] and I didn't want to do this every day, so I ordered a 24" crate to keep in my bedroom until my pup is house trained. The crates are very well made and so easy to assemble. Also much cheaper than any other crate I have looked at. I will buy from you again.”
“Good quality. I've done my research before buying a crate. At our local pet shops crates are double the price (minimum double) I have also ordered the cover to go with the crate and the price for them both was still cheaper than the crate we went to have a look at in the pet store.
