“These tags are not brass. Split rings which come with them are not strong enough. Very dissapointed in false product labeling.”

“The brass is too soft. After a week on our dog's collar we couldn't read either of the phone numbers nor the post code. We did have another metal tag on our dog, but nonetheless would expect the brass tag lettering to be deeper and more robust.”
