“The rubber mat arrived on time and provides the function it should, however the rubber smell is so strong that we feel we can't expose our dog to it, so unfortunately the mat ended up in the bin. We probably should have expected this smell from rubber, but perhaps it just shouldn't be sold as a product for animals.”

“Arrived as described and does the job expected, protects wooden floor from the dog crate. However, the packaging it was delivered in a plastic delivery bag, was not sufficient or substantial and had split, luckily the marks on the mat were not permanent, and no damage had been incurred. The smell of rubber is really very significant though. Luckily we had time to let it air before we needed to use it and we still may try washing it as we don’t wish for the pungent smell to permeate the house. Sturdy mat though and does the job just the smell could prevent immediate use.”
