“First delivery of bike was damaged by the courier, DKN immediately ordered another exercise bike which arrived a couple of days later, very good customer service in that regard I was kept up to date via email. Bike was relatively easy to assemble all the screws and spanners were provided. the base section is really solid and heavy, stability is excellent. The handle bars and seat columns are strong welded steel units and the seat is comfortable and wide. the computer screen is clear with plenty of options to tailor your fitness regime and the action is very smooth and quiet very much like a proper Gym bike. Be careful when fitting the pedals it could be easy to cross thread them, I needed a proper adjustable spanner to get a bit more leverage on the nut to tighten them up properly. All in all a very good quality exercise bike, I use it every day. I bought direct from DKN and it was cheaper than AM***N”
“Good bike. The software is a bit confusing though about how to just get on and jump into a program for your user. You either have to press through a bunch of settings and then start, or you have to figure out that you can press start, then reset, then use the manual button to cycle to the programs...”
“I really enjoy using my AM-E exercise bike. It’s very smooth and I bought it with that in mind, as that little bit extra weight keeps its flow. Easy to use programming, good comfort on seat. I am short so reach up to handlebars but this makes it more comfortable. It’s easy to move around to a position where I can watch tv, in that I angle it around and it’s easy for me to handle. I definitely recommend it.”
