“Disappointed with the product been given off the shop floor with marks on! And also being charged the extra £5.00 when I saved him on postage! Basically got a second hand case. I also wasn't made to feel welcome and he had a dig about me not buying my controller from him.”

Hi Stephen, I am sorry that you feel we have let you down. And I can assure you that was not intentional. The case you took out of the shop was brand new. All the cases made by Swan Flight do not come in a presentation box; they are locally made and are delivered to us unboxed. All the flight cases on our shop floor are new cases delivered directly from Swan Flight in Sedgefield. We do not store them in our warehouse/stockroom, as they are not boxed and will get damaged in there. We were more than happy to swap the case you had bought in error, and the only question I asked that you may have taken the wrong way was..."The item you are returning is in A1 unused condition, so we can sell it as new. And I did not need to check it...and I took your word on that, without even checking the item. We do deal with returns as a retailer, and you would be surprised how many people will return an item in bad condition, and we are left with it, which does have financial implications for a small business. Anyway, I just want to assure you all the cases made by Swanflight are stored on our shop floor and are new. If you did not want the one on the shop floor, you should have said so at the time, and I would have arranged to get you one made and sent to you. In closing, I am sorry you feel we have let you down and offended you in any way. I possibly think there may be a misunderstanding of personality.
