Having read reviews on this product I thought I would give it a try. I have used other DMX software before and can do basic DMX. The installation and set up was straightforward creating a venue adding fixtures and setting DMX addresses was the easiest I have used. Getting a light show set up from this point was not. I tried the on line help which consist of YouTube videos some help but still prefer the option to read instructions as well. I can get the visualiser to work but this does not translate to the actual lights VDJ only drives Soundswitch when it feels like it Serato seems fine. Auto loops and programming awkward at best. I will say this may down to my limits and ability but I managed other DMX programmes. I think a user instructions PDF with you tube will be beneficial. After all you can’t pass an exam on YouTube videos alone. I will persevere with this as I like the concept and it shows promise.
