We have two rooms at a venue with a loop for those who have a hearing impairment. We already had one RU210 and purchased a second unit to avoid the need to move the RU210 from room to room. It also facilitates the two rooms being used together, to do this we simply need to set them up with identical channels for the mic's. Our existing unit had belt pack mic's, so for this second unit we purchased the handheld mic version to add flexibility. Incidentally, a weakness of the belt pack mic's in a situation where there is no need for a mixing desk and operator, is that the state of the on/off/mute switch on the belt pack is not obvious to the user. Other belt pack mic's, either use a slide switch or have a visible tally light so the user can at a glance determine whether their mic is on or off. Hence only 4 stars.
