We are sorry for any inconvenience relating to the damaged glass received. We can see that our customer service team had reported this to the manufacturer as soon as we received word of the issue. Unfortunately, this is an extremely busy time of year for many of our suppliers and we can also see that it was necessary for customer service to chase this on your behalf to ensure speedy resolution.
