Found that the flue kit had no flue cla.ps in it so had to buy some from eldewbere, also when i unpacked the fire ghere was a pack of embers missing, so again bought some. Think someone needs to check whats being dispatched.”

Going forward, we would generally recommend checking over any goods received, and then contacting our customer service team, ASAP in the event that anything is missing or incorrect. We can see that this order was received in June 2023 and while we do always aim to resolve any problems as completely as we can when notified, we are more limited in terms of assistance if a great length of time has passed since delivery.
