“Ordered the wrong size stove unfortunately I contracted coronavirus and had to delay plumber before he told me it wouldn’t fit. Tried to return it and but was told the 14 days return policy had gone. Had some help from them regarding a new stove but have been ignored now for weeks. Very disappointed in there customer care so be warned once they have your money their not interested.”
