“Your website stated that this was made from stainless steel and that is why I ordered it. The one I received was made from galvanized steel so the goods are not as described. I have contacted your office twice so far and emailed and the person I spoke to said they would arrange for collection and refund, so far this has not happened. He also said the website would be changed which has not happened. The top clamp was also of poor quality and I did not consider it worth £28 even if it had been stainless steel. It maybe the dsales staff do not realize the condition of the goods going out”
