“Your website stated that this was made from stainless steel and that is why I ordered it. The one I received was made from galvanized steel so the goods are not as described. I have contacted your office twice so far and emailed and the person I spoke to said they would arrange for collection and refund, so far this has not happened. He also said the website would be changed which has not happened.”
